Investors Have a Chance to Win 500 Euro from EstateGuru
Estateguru's Twitter account has announced a generous bonus opportunity for investors on their p2p platform, stating:

Estateguru is a very popular peer-to-peer platform that lists real-estate properties. Estateguru's users have access to a large marketplace listing bridge loans, business loans, and development loans ranging from 10,000 to as much as 500,000 euro. The loans are all collateralized, with LTVs averaging around 45%, and terms averaging 18 months. The interest rates are usually around 11%, and because often there are capital gains involved, there might be an additional percentage point tacked on.
Every listing links to a detailed prospectus that includes high-resolution pictures of the property, a Quick Overview, and an Executive Summary. The overview indicates the interest rate, the amount up for investments, and mortgage rank (usually First Rank), and other investment metrics. The summary explains the purpose of the loan, the standing of the borrower, and any specific plans the borrower has for the property.
